Tropical Oasis: BBQ & Beach-Inspired Nook

Disappointing stay, poor communication, maintenance issues, and lack of support. Negative: Unfortunately, I would not recommend this property to anyone in the future. I experienced communication issues from the very beginning of my booking. As soon as I reserved the house, I sent a message asking about the check-in process and did not receive a response until a month later. When we arrived, we were given the wrong access code for the house. I spent almost 30 minutes trying to contact support without success. I called the property's phone number at least 20 times, but no one answered. I also sent messages and received no response. I only obtained the correct access code after contacting Booking.com support directly. In addition, the outdoor area of the property was extremely dirty, although the inside of the house was clean. The kitchen utensils were of very poor quality, especially the cookware, and there were no cleaning supplies available. To make matters worse, both bedroom light bulbs were burned out, leaving us without lighting in the room for our entire 5-day stay. I contacted the person who had initially messaged me about check-in via WhatsApp, but the only response I received was, "We'll take care of it." Nothing was ever fixed. I understand that this is a vacation rental, and I was not expecting perfection. However, we were very disappointed with the overall experience. Unfortunately, we encountered problems from the very first moment and throughout our stay.

If you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing place this is it with a Beautiful back yard. Positive: The house was a quaint, cozy dwelling giving off a cozy and intimate feel with an island feel . The kitchen is beautiful and the house had a welcoming feeling to it makes you feel like you were visiting family This nook was truly a comfy and a very relaxing place to stay with good vibes all around. We loved the back yard we spent most of the time out there we even had the fire pit in the back yard going which was so relaxing especially at night this place is a hidden gem . My little family really loved it and are looking forward to be able to go back. My son loved the swing in the back yard we had issues getting him back in the house. This is a place were you are close to everything but at the same time you feel like your in your own little island . Would definitely recommend… Negative: That our vacation wasn’t longer .
